Everyone is welcome here! The Court is an all inclusive venue, and we are here to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community for Pride. Please be respectful of everyone around you. If you need to be educated on how to be respectful please ask our staff.
Neat and tidy dress at all times. Here at the Court, we want everyone to express who they are. Please ensure you follow our guidelines that ensure everyone looks their best in their own way.
Street parking is free and limited. We would suggest public transport due to road closures. Train station is located a 5-minute walk to the festival. Otherwise, there is a rideshare drop off located on Beaufort Street.
The Court Pride is strictly an 18+ event.
DO: bring your valid and current ID or Digital ID.
DON’T: bring a photo, screenshot, photocopy or illustration (no matter how good).
Without valid and current ID, you’ll be left on the wrong side of the fence. Physical IDs including a driver’s license, government-issued passport, or Australian government-issued proof of age card are good to go.
Digital IDs are also accepted as a valid form of ID. Please bring any of the following:
• 18+ Passport, Photo Driver Licence
• Proof of Age card (including Keypass)
• Digital ID/Keypass
• International Passports
No, only general administration but with a GA ticket you can access all areas in the venue and the street party
Tickets will be available on the door if not sold out prior.

Pass outs will be available until 1.30am at which point we will not be allowing any entry to the venue.
Security will be doing bag checks upon entry
The Court Pride Street Party is fully accessible
Yes, alcohol will be served. IDs will be checked both at the door and at the bar as The Court Pride is an 18+ event. Free drinking water will be available from the bar and the dedicated hydration station located near the overflow. The Court Pride promotes the responsible service of alcohol.
Yes, there will be food trucks at the event, The Court kitchen will also be offering a range of festival snacks. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.
You may use the toilet you feel most comfortable in, however, the best toilet to use is the ‘EVERYONE’ toilet. There is an ‘EVERYONE’ toilet on both floors of The Court, ask a manager to show you where these are if you can’t find them.
It is cashless in the festival space, cash can be used inside The Court
Glassware, illicit drugs, alcohol, liquids (e.g. soft drink), any items considered as a weapon, any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, animals (other than Assistance Dogs) and bad vibes
The Court Pride will have trained medical professionals onsite during the event should you need assistance. The First Aid tent will be clearly marked and located near the entrance. First aid tents will have most over-the-counter medication available such as Panadol, aspirin, antihistamines as well as sanitary items for you to access inside the event
If you need to bring in prescription medication to the festival, you’ll need to make sure its in its original packaging with the dispensary label matching the name on the ID of the ticket holder. Please bring your medication through the accessible lane on the day for the medical team to review. We advise only discussing your medication with the medical team. If you are talking to security or front entry staff, please ask them to direct you to the medical entry point.
No but there will be a cloak room
There are limited portable chargers available in the main bar
Lost property will be available at the cloak room located by the main entry on the night! All uncollected items will be left on site in the office for 1 week before being thrown away.
